I have purchased several cars during my lifetime, but this was the least stressful, most enjoyable experience that I have ever had. My salesman, Willy Castillo, was very pleasant to work with. He was not pushy (which I appreciated) and very helpful when I explained what I was looking for and stayed within the range that I told him I could spend.
I'm a bottom-line person and I appreciate the fact that this dealership operates on the same principle. There was no haggling over price or hidden fees that popped up during the process of buying the car. Another thing that I appreciated was the fact that even though I came in alone to buy the car (my husband never saw the car until he came in to sign the papers) everyone treated me with respect, expecially Willy.
I have been at dealerships where if my husband was not with me, saleman would not approach me for assistance. As soon as I drove up, Willy was out in the drizzling rain to assist me. I so appreciate that! Everyone that I met at the dealership was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely tell all of my friends and family about my experience at McKinney Volkswagen. And I will definitely return to buy my next car with them as well. PS I love my Jetta!

Ashley, Scott, and Douglas were wonderful to work with and really made this purchase experience fantastic. Really everyone there at McKinney VW did a great job of making me feel comfortable and welcome. It was not the stereotypical car sales experience where I felt manipulated or bullied, but quite the opposite. The delivery process was definitely the most unique and exciting part. I've never had that level of attention before.

I thought Mike Gacki did a fantastic job with us - we were in the dealership several nights in a row to test drive and then have our trade in appraised and finally to pick out the car we wanted. Every time we came in, Mike told us to take as much time as we needed and answered all of our questions as we went along. Mike made this one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had and we will definitely refer anyone looking to buy a VW to Mike and your dealership!

I just completed my first week driving the new Jetta TDI and I can't remember the last time I've been so impressed. Is "WOW!" too succinct or should I go on and on about how much I love this car?!?
I never doubted the commitment from McKinney Volkswagen and I'm happy to report I remain truly impressed with everybody and every aspect of this purchase. Michael Gacki was a true professional in his sales approach and everyone that was involved with the purchase simply made the entire affair downright enjoyable -- thanks indeed.
The last VW I purchased was in 1982 and I'm most happy to be back in the VW family -- I greatly doubt it won't be another 28 years before my next VW purchase from McKinney Volkswagen.
